LOWEST PRICE ≠ PAY LESS

摘要:THE LOWEST PRICE DOESN’T ALWAYS MEAN YOU PAY LESS!

When you compare prices, sure we can’t win business every time. But when you compare value, we will win every time!

Much of our competition, in the manufacturing of circuit boards, mistakenly operate as though the lowest price is ALWAYS the most important factor in a customer’s purchasing decision. Even if this may be the case sometimes, it is not what should be your driving factor. It is our mission to provide our customers with the best price, but not at the expense of quality products, consistency and customer service.

So, what is the value that our products provide? Take this example into consideration:

One of our current customers previously left us for a competitor because of a better price. The customer is back now because the lower-priced circuit board from the other supplier were of such poor quality that they were blowing up the boards VGT manufactured. Not only that, it took them two weeks to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) on bad product in order to receive a repair. Forget getting a refund or replacement—even during the product’s warranty period. With their previous supplier, that never was going to happen. They ignored RMA requests and had no interest in resolving quality issues.

The value that VGT provides led this customer back to us.

Quality involves so much more than the actual finished product. A product from VGT is tested for reliability before it gets to you so you only enjoy the best results. Automated optical inspections, bare board testing. What is more valuable than that?

While quality products are at the heart of our business, we understand how consistency also plays a big part in providing value. Our customers have assurance that they can expect the same outcome every time they order from VGT. They won’t receive half-full orders and are not left wondering when they will receive the rest. They trust us to deliver their whole order…and they trust us to deliver it on time, every time.

Finally, nothing compares to putting customers first. One of the biggest disconnects for a lower priced supplier is that they think they can keep prices low by replacing customer service people with technology. You’ll never talk to a machine or have to input to a computer form to get answers on an order. Our value includes staff who are ready to respond to your requests immediately.

Even those who briefly tested the waters with a competitor’s lower price returned to VGT. And they did so more convinced than ever before that the value they needed most coincides with the value our company’s provides: great quality, consistency and customer care at the best possible price.

At the end of the day, the price of something is not just what you have to pay. You must be more than just one-dimensional price shoppers. Do business with us because you want more value. You want it and you deserve it, but more importantly, you’ll pay for it if you don’t.
